About
- Scratch Deli offers sandwiches and sides featuring ingredients locally-sourced or made entirely from scratch. It was founded by Ian Thackaberry, a former Whole Foods butcher who draws from personal relationships with local purveyors to feature high-quality ingredients. He is joined by friend and business partner, Dan Feldman, with a mission to make the best sandwiches in Seattle while maintaining a socially-responsible business.
